You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol. By placing your order you have represented to Coastal Wine & Spirits, Co. that you are at least 21. All alcohol delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.

1.Ground Service - approximately 2-5 business days in transit
2.In Store Pick Up- 1-2 business days
An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Coastal Wine & Spirit, Co. is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. Thank you for your understanding - data on web site reflects what is reported to be available in the State of Connecticut, and changes monthly.

Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed.

In the event you receive damaged merchandise, you must inform Coastal Wine & Spirit, Co. of any broken or damaged bottles within two days of delivery. Older vintages, fine and rare wine availability in many cases is extremely limited. We will do our best to fill your order, but can not be held responsible if an item is unobtainable at that time.
A restocking or cancellation fee of 10% will apply to any cancelled order that has been processed. All shipping charges are nonrefundable.
If we do not have the item that you are looking for we would be happy to attempt a special order for you. In these special ordering situations, please note that all sales are final: no returns, exchanges or discounts applicable on special orders.
Our Return Policy:
- If you do not have a receipt and wine is of the current vintage (still available), we will honor the lowest price the item has sold for in the last 6 months.
- If the item is one that we no longer carry or a past vintage (unless it has changed within the last month) we cannot accept the item for credit.
- If the receipt provided is more than 6 months old we cannot accept the wine for credit.
- If an item is returned with no receipt, an in house credit will be issued toward another purchase within the same year.
All returned items are subject to a 3% restocking fee.
